Delibity (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides recruitment and applicant management tools for student and professional organizations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our service.

• Account Information: Name, email address, organization, authentication provider.
• Application & Recruitment Data: Submitted forms, evaluations, RSVP data, interview notes.
• Technical Data: Browser, device, IP, usage analytics.

We do not collect financial, biometric, or unrelated sensitive data.

3. How We Use Information

• Operate and improve the service
• Manage application and recruitment workflows
• Provide support and communication

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Access & Sharing

Access is controlled by your Organization. We may share limited data with service providers or if required by law. Data is never shared between Organizations.

5. Campus Ambassador Program

We store ambassador contact and referral data but do not grant ambassadors access to organization applicant data unless separately authorized.

6. Data Security

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest.

7. Data Deletion

Organizations may delete data at any time. Users may request account deletion by emailing team@delibity.com.

8. Children Under 13

Delibity is not intended for users under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of Delibity after changes means you accept the revised policy.
